what are your losses in life?

if you were asked by someone about your losses in life what would that be? and why? and if you will be giving another chance what would you do this time?

i have one loss in my life,few year before i wanna do some thing but i was fail and i lost many thing,till now i suffer from that,if i get another chance i do with care.
