What are some good lures?

I'm uber bored on my accounts, so.. I want to try and take a bite at luring.
What are some good methods that I can do in "solo" or maybe with 1 other person?

BTW, my stats - 99 attack, str, mage 95 prayer 93 hp. 80 def.
