What are some good lures?

I'm uber bored on my accounts, so.. I want to try and take a bite at luring.
What are some good methods that I can do in "solo" or maybe with 1 other person?

BTW, my stats - 99 attack, str, mage 95 prayer 93 hp. 80 def.

For that, I need a couple of people.. And most of the time, it wouldn't work.. :L (If you're refering to the red portal one).
 
have a group of friends join a team and another group of friends challenge that team n unbalance it thus free loot if ur not shit pkers.
this is clanwars dangerous challenging..

You'd need 3 at the most. I did it all in the purple portal with a few m8s.
