What are penguin points?

Some of my friends told me to use penguin points on summoning, but, the only problem is that I don't know anything about it. Tips, anyone?
 
They are a pain in the ass, ive never bothered with them but im told they can be really good for xp.

I actually like slayer, I was thinking about farming because I don't know how to train it. As for my original post, I can probably bot some waterfiends..

W60pengs or world60pengs is the chat for it. Go in there and you'll know.
Or google world60pengs, and all the locations are @ their website.
 
It's just like a mini-game where you go around Runescape (once a time a week) finding 10 penguins. Once you find them all you can exchange the points for experience/money at the Ardougne Zoo.

Their's a thread on the forums where they update the locations of the penguins. It's actually really fun.
