WU is alot of hidden fraud, I used to have a trusted guy from a ru carders' site which offered me 1K for every 100$ LR, obviously never sent this to yourself, but I bought like 15bill (ordering him to sent $ to sythe sellers)using that. Sadly it's hard to find someone reliable in that business now

Yes you can take money from an atm via a lr debit card.

Or just do straih bank wire via wucenter.com.

Fee is like 0.2% for lr > bank

You need 2x ID and phone verifcation now for $1k+, thats why.

You can cash out with LR, but I think you need a MM company, since buying works the same way.
