Are there any people here who are nice to everyone, but people still shit on your head?
I've been dealing with this problem my entire life, and I think it's because it's natural to me.
I just recently found my faith, and I feel like I should set a good example for people around me, and be the best person that I can be.
But people STILL shit on top of me even though I'm helping them out.
I'm just venting right now.
Some guy on another forum asked for some graphic help, to place his text.
So I tell him that not all tags require text, or c4ds, etc.
And he tells me "It's not a tag, try again".
Yes, it was an LP (Large piece), but he doesn't have to get cocky with me whenever I'm trying to help him out by typing an entire paragraph to him on what he can do to improve his LP (which looked really nice).
I told him that if he WOULD place text that he should follow the rule of thirds and if he has no empty space for that then he probably shouldn't use text.
I'm sorry if you don't understand what I'm talking about because it's graphic terms, but it shouldn't be hard to understand.
You don't have to reply, or even read this, I just wanted to put this in a thread and rage.



tl;dr? Why do people shit on others who are trying to be nice?

You now i think about this FACT all the time, no matter how hard you try or how considerate you are towards some people they think its right to flame or be out of line. the root of this problem is that some people are just assholes and if you show them respect they shoot you down. But what i have noticed is that being a ass back solves nothing therefore if you assume you will get into conflict with another member just steer clear

Well I do this to people when I'm sick/grouchy/pissed off, some people are naturally pissed off (bullies) and that's how they take their anger out. Sometimes it's unintentional, sometimes they do it to get their way.

people are just dicks. the same thing happens to me, and im mostly nice.
