He deliberately negged new users for absolutely no reason. They are potential active/long time supporters we could of gotten. That will not be tolerated especially when we are trying to grow as a community. That's essentially scaring people away from the forum.
 
But don't you think banning him also gets rid of active users? Yes I know it's only 7 days but still. @cam
