So I got my advanced exchange thing put into place Nov 28th, it's Dec 7th now...

I called Xbox support like 2 days ago and started telling my story to see why it hasn't gotten here and the guy just hung up...

I got two and I didn't even know it I was just doing the method for the free games so I got home one day and one came in and another comes in Wednesday o.o
