Purchase RG Elite via pay pal (echeck, takes 5-7 days to go through) on May 25.

Hours later get a PM telling you that you have been nominated for a contest to win RG Elite Upgrade

Win the contest, echeck goes through right after winning.

GF 5 bucks.

Waiting for reply. Wanted to see what you guys have to say about it. It was no ones fault so... just unfortunate timing. I have the pms from the guy too for proof (the ones saying im in the contest after I purchased)

I honestly think it could go either way, you did in fact click a direct link to pay for RG Elite and nothing else.
If you weren't the person who won the contest then it would have been someone else, if he refunds you because of that then the community loses money.

As I said, it can go both ways, they're are valid reasons for each argument.

Didn't quite understand what you mean by that. I did win so its an extra 5 dollars for my upgrade right? Don't want to sound snotty but i just wanted elite, nothing else. Elite recieved my payment AFTER I got upgraded. (but short after, not long enough for me to take any action)

Losing that money can suck, but nevertheless, it will help The Elite upgrade this forum to this forum. YES, and USING THIS.. $5... WE WILL MAKE IT THE BEST FORUM IN THE WORLD /troll
 
Haha, guys i'm not THAT mad it was just that the timing was so perfect for this hahaha. But anyway, i'll probably hold a contest and give another member the elite (if possible ^_^)
