Yeh i've tried that, nothing is showing up. Language is in German
 

Change it to Portuguese like wale did.
 
Im trying to do ü and its not working in German, im trying Brazil now, then Portugese
 
Lol they speak Portugese in Brasil so there is no flag for portugal. I think it's just the brasilian flag. If you get on team viewer I can help you.
 
Im on the "add a name" bit to making a new runescape account, maybe thats the problem? maybe i need to become members and change it like that -.-

Well I think it should work either way. Not exactly sure though, If you've got someone in tutorial island lemme know your OS and I'll tell you what I did to type it.
 
Im on windows 7, ive tried all alt codes on all languages, nothing helped.
