Goodluck mate.
we've been getting the winds all day, we're not supposed to be hit that bad.
1-1.5 in of rain, gusts of 75 mph+, 12-14 ft surf

RE: well hear it starts

lol.
last year Irene hit us pretty hard. we had massive flooding.
our coastal areas are supposed to get hit hard by the waves.
plus i live right by this like... canal thing.. and anything about .75in/hr will make it overflow.

RE: well hear it starts

the jersey shore is my backyard lol

RE: well hear it starts

It was 28 degrees Celsius here today :)

RE: well hear it starts

Nope. In 1-2 days things should start returning to normal, hopefully.

RE: well hear it starts

Yeah, currently getting 30 MPH or so sustained winds, with gusts reaching 50 mph

RE: well hear it starts

To put that into perspective, if you leave a 4 year old outside, he/she WILL
say it's windy outside.

how did nobody pick up on that..?

my condolences to all being hit by the bad weather.

fortunately the water depth and temperature around my continent makes it virtually impossible to have a tornado in my country. or hurricane, i forget which.. there is a difference.. right..?

RE: well hear it starts

sorry to bump the old post but the hurricane has passed finally got power again most of my state is still in chaos

Glad you are safe man.

scariest part of it all is volunteering to get to some of the areas to help rescue people and in the flood water that we needed to dive into sharks swimming all around
