I just got some weird spots on the face and i know how..
Like this:








True story, like they look like stepped blood, they are red, i don't think is cancer signal.. lool, they are really rounded, what may it be?

It's not varicella.
THIS IS TRUE AND SERIOUS, NOT JOKING OR TROLLING.
 
It's not acne, they look like inside the skin, not outside, we can't touch it..

Yes, but it doesn't even looks like acne, like it's perfectly rounded, and closed to each others. Is kinda.. wtf..
 
If could be spots or blemishes. You should try using some spot cream. That should Make them go:blackhat:
 

Trust me, it is most likely acne. There are many different types of acne.
