Weird MM Question

So in my last post I said about MoneyPak only being in the USA. Since I'm desperate for the tag.... hear me out:

If I were to pay via PayPal, and the MM got the equivelant in MoneyPak and used that to pay the seller, would that work?

May not be for a couple of days but just wondering if that's possible.
