Weird error

I have MW2 right and i went to play it and a strange error came up


"DirectX has encountered an unrecoverable error check the readme for possible solutions"(which is full of crap).


SOMEONE HELP!

reinstall the latest direct X maybe i dunno

Yeah i think you have an outdated directx

Uninstall Direct X and reinstall it again. That should fix the problem if not PM me and I'll try and help you out.

As Nick. said, try reinstalling it.

Do what Nick said. Also delete/uninstall mw completely off your comp reboot. reinstall direct and then install mw2 again.

I needed a 400 watts power pack instead of my 200 watts. You guys all wrong, but thanks for the help

Well that's the first time I've heard something like that. Did you upgrace your video card at the same time? With a stronger power pack...it might overclock your video card.
