Weird chat with Microsoft about "F"

My console and account were wrongly banned. I decided to chat up again with Microsoft Support and here's what someone told me. Please keep in mind I did say some weird stuff because I didn't know what "account migration" was, at first I tried asking him about swapping, but then he told me why I was truly banned. If the chat is too long and you don't want to read it at least see the bottom part.

Johann: Hi! My name is Johann from Xbox Customer Support. How can I help you today?
Me: My account is banned until 9999 for an unvalid reason.
Me: I was wondering if there was a way to swap the gamertags so I could keep this gamertag.
Johann: I see. Let me check the options regarding with banned accounts. Please give me a moment. Thank you.
Me: I also would like to mention I and about 99 others were console banned due to adding a gamertag "F", I have called and xbox is willing to do nothing about this. Please do not redirect me to the Enforcement Team forum because they aren't accepting any posts regarding this.
Johann: The xbox enforcement team is the one that handles banned accounts and cases like this. Just to confirm though, have you processed an account migration?
Me: No, but would that work? I Want to keep playing on the gamertag but it is banned until 9999. I bought a new console. If you could switch the account over to a new email that would be awesome but I don't think you guys have that privelege, but I don't know much about what xbox support can do.
Johann: As I have checked your account, it seems that your gold subscription or xbox live is temporarily suspended until the account migration process is done.
Me: I'd like to know what that is? I feel clueless here.
Johann: Okay. Account migration means that an account's region or country is being migrated to another country and during this process, the account is temporarily suspended from xbox live connection.
Me: How can this get resolved?
Johann: It will get unsuspended once the migration process is finish. No worries as your gold subscription will be activated again.
Me: But I am confused because I was told it was banned until 9999?
Me: And when I log in that is what it tells me...
Johann: Yes as it has currently no timeframe but migration would take around a week or two.
Me: What is the account migrating to?
Me: A new email?
Johann: I think the account is already migrated to US but the system is still trying to adjust the account so that it will match every details and content for US marketplace.

Alright, this is where it's weird, I had to verify WTF was going on, and he still insisted that it was just "migration"

Johann: Yes that is the gamertag.
Me: I also have one more question, but thank you for your time so far...
Johann: You need to post your concern on this one on forums and wait for there reply. But here on our end, the account appears to be under account migration that is why it is temporarily suspended for xbox live.

Am I still sure I got banned due to "F"?

I got this email accusing me of account theft because I added "F", also because I got console banned over this.

Then I told him, my account is banned till 9999, and he said that's just how account migrations work, but no way does that explain the email. Do people get "temporarily suspended" for account migrations? I am very confused and have no idea what is going on now.

If anyone can explain this, I'd be happy to listen & find out what this really means. Sorry if this is sloppy or badly written It is 4:38AM and I have school tomorrow lol. (I also edited out the gamertag and my name on the chat for obvious reasons)

I doubt that would work, because even if the banned tag did get banned, it would be until 9999 (at least that's how long everyone was banned for adding F) unless there's something else i'm not thinking of.

Well theres only 1 problem with your theory, or maybe 2. Are people still getting banned for adding F? We do not know that, if so I'd abuse it so Microsoft can get a bunch of more reports for being console banned due to adding a gamertag (that way we have a higher chance of getting our accounts back). Also, no one has yet to have their tag unbanned (WITH PROOF) after calling Microsoft and complaining. This still might work, but it would be hard to tell...

The whole situation is stupid. No one knows why MS did this, and I doubt anyone is going to get unbanned from it. They know exactly what they did and more then likely aren't ashamed of it.

This is true, but we might as well try to get unbanned. I could see it happening, the more and more complaints, Microsoft might start to feel a little bad, and once one person gets unbanned, it's very possible that anyone who was banned due to "F" can get unbanned. That's why I think it's very important that we try to get at least one tag unbanned, we just have to stay persistent. I'm calling Microsoft soon, but I have been busy all week.
