Website help?

I was just wondering, I am creating a website for school with serif webplus X5 and i just wanted to know, when i get a host for the site, everytime i update it, will i have to reupload it to the host, or is they're an automatic way?

I have never used Serif Webplus X5 but I'm pretty sure that it has a feature to connect to the FTP and update the files (if you have acess to it...), so you don't have to be constantly going in the cPanel and uploading the new files.
