Especially in the lounge. 

I thought maybe, perhaps when one posts a lot, they get some sort of star next to their name, and call it "Philly's Star" or something. 

I just feel like there needs to be more activity on the site, and that might be something members can compete for.
 
I Was Planning on Being Very active But The members Are Just Assholes The Way They Speak to The Newcomers....

This would be cool. I'm already trying to push for more posts but I constantly feel like I'm bothering people and don't want to seem like a sales booster, it'd be good to compete with others though.

Maybe like a star or a fire sign for someone who's been posting rapidly in a certain month and then if you keep it up you have it next month or if you go inactive you lose it.
 
Philly already has an award called phillys star my dawg

Nothing can really change the activity on this site anymore to be honest
