Another offensive joke I would agree not to use at all on games that could get you locked up is "Kill yourself" or similar type jokes.
I agree there offensive but they shouldn't be so harsh about the penalties.

I don't know where you live, but these cases happened in the United States where we supposedly have ABSOLUTE Freedom of Speech granted by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which means we can say whatever the fuck we want to whom ever we want with absolutely no repercussions from the government. If I told you to go kill yourself, how is that my fault in anyway if you actually do it? It'd be like if I told you to go rob a bank; would you do it? Maybe, maybe not, it'd be entirely up to you to make that choice for yourself. I just think it's utter bullshit that the government of this country no long has to follow it's own rules and can do what ever the fuck it wants to who ever the fuck it wants.
