A good ruler listens closely to the people's heart he heart their feelings UN-communicated he knows pains of his people unexpressed and complaints not spoken of .
 
good ruler one good trait of it is sensitive. sensitive to every situation around him/her. good ruler must be good follower also.
 
i think it is good question,for me we have to go straight every time and be honest to every one and dont be a cheater,if you maintance these thing you will be good ruler.

For me, a good leader has a leadership characteristic. He knows how to manage good things and bad things. He must know to appreciate even small things. A good leader is not bias. He should see the congregation or members equally. He considers his words and has a word of honor.

A good ruler should his best to ameliorate the sufferings of the people. Secondly, he should never be dictatorial and autocratic. Thirdly, he should immediately redress the grievances and complaints of the people.
