Well my 7 year tenure has recently disappered alnog with my friends. I was talking to support and they said if you account ever goes silver for more than 15 days then the tenure is gone. LMFAO they are bitches so now you'll never know if some was on xbox for a long time
 
That's the stupidest thing i've ever heard, are they serious?
 
Yes. They also said they cannot fix it so now i have a 100k gamerscore within 1 day of gold now since it's gone LOL
most of my friends is gone too

Also im going to PM you about XBL codes
 
I did they said it was billing info mean while i use pre paid codes. Myfriend uses a credit card and now his 3 year is gone and he never even ran out of gold lol
 
Yeah this happened with me and one of my friends too. It's complete bullshit, mine was only silver for one day.
 
I lost my tenure as well

This happened to my friend. Was like dafuq? He only had a 1 year but still.
 
I hope that doesn't happen to my tag, but good luck trying to fix it out.

Nothing has changed that is how it has been from the day I started Xbox around 7 years ago. I didn't know they give 15 days I always thought it was instantly removed once silver. But w.e. As long as it shows a straight number of years live was added via billing.microsoft.com you are totally fine. Just add up the live added to the account, and be sure it matches up exactly to your tenure.
 
To fix this delete your profile off your xbox and recover i think that should do the trick that happened to me aswell
