Eye of newt = 75gp/each
Eye of newt * 513,246 potions needed = 38,493,450

Total spent = 81,606,114 + 38,493,450 = 120,099,564 gp cost.
Total lost = 120,099,564 - 102,649,200 (sold potions for 200gp each) = 17,450,365 SPENT ON 99 HERB.

Clean guam + Vial of water = 159gp/each
159gp*379,252 potions needed = 60,301,068 gp cost.

Eye of newt = 75gp/each
Eye of newt * 379,252 potions needed = 28,443,900

Total spent = 60,301,068 + 28,443,900 = 88,744,968 gp cost.
Total lost = 88,744,968 - 73,954,140 = 14,790,828 gp spent on 96 Herblore.


Obviously this is the cost from 22nd April 2011 and with prices changing it could go up or down, especially with attack potions crashing, but bear it in mind.

Yeah, I fathomed. Not really that long. Just imaging it's like, 3x quicker than runecrafting And over 15x quicker than slayer.

I'd rather use a long period of time of botting on slayer or rc then use the money from those skills and get herblore quickly.

Attack potions are easy to sell, regardless of them crashing. Mainly because they alch for over 300gp.
