Breakfast Blend
The sweet potato in this juice gives a long slow release of energy, making it a breakfast juice that will help you to keep going through the morning.

Serves: 2
Prep: 4 mins

What you need:
2 small oranges
2 carrots
1 sweet potato
5 cm (2inch length) fresh root ginger
ice cubes to serve.

How to do it:
1. Quarter the oranges, top and tail the carrots, cube the sweet potato and peel and roughly chop the ginger.

2. Juice them altogether.

3. Serve over ice.

Note: Leaving sweet potatoes unpeeled means that you retain as many of nutrients as possible, but they do need to be scrubbed thoroughly so that you do not get a muddy taste in your drink.
