After the whole "RuneFest Insider", and 'changing the code in a massive way'; I put two-and-two together.
Jagex did an entire overhaul with the code, or they said they did.
I first noticed it with Ivy and trees in general; once cut, they dont come back 'graphically', you can still click and cut them but the stump/wall is the only thing that shows. I'm guessing they fucked up some animations. Should be fixed soon.
