I came back to RuneScape thinking that there will be Waging Mini Game. But I see there is none now.

Has it all changed to Horse now ?
 
Horse or Dragon game , also some do the classic cape game with the axe bar or arrow emote.
 
Dragon game is wierd, like ur supposed to say dragon fastest in clan chat to win when the dealer says ready.
 
Just play the horse game, or the skullball game if they haven't removed that too. Look it up on youtube, it must be somewhere. If not, ask some players in game.
