What are they? What do they do? How do you get them? How do you use them? How much do they cost? Can someone answer these questions of mine. I don't know anything about them except for what they stand for. (Virtual Private Network/Server).

VPN=Virtual Private Network (Kinda like a proxy for all internet traffic) Most are paid for however their are a few one such as http://www.hidemyass.com and CyberGhost
VPS=Virtual Private Server, These are like a server where you can host websites, game servers, ftp's. There are some very cheap and expensive ones try to look for offers though.
