Alright, I'm about ready to go for a recovery.
My victim is located far from my location.
I'm going to use a VPN to get as close to his location as possible.
Can anyone recommend me a VPN that gets the job done, for a quick form fill out.
Speed isn't really a factor, but it would be nice.

Hide My Ass Pro VPN or Cloak Fish.

Both are paid, but both are worth it.

I'd definitively go with a paid VPN.
Problem is I don't have the money to get one.

I know this, as I said I don't have the money to get a paid VPN.
I also need a Finnish IP.
