Is there any vpn that I can buy that will give me my own personal ip that I'll always have like if I turn my computer back on I'll have my old ip back on my vpn until I decide to change it because I'm trying to go to a site but it wouldn't be sketchy if my ip is always changing

Yes. you can get one that makes your IP always the same when you use it.

Hmmm. Only one that I have used is HideMyAss.
You get access to like 50k+ IPs and still growing.
Quite cheap too. Worth a look at ;-)

No matter what VPN you use if the VPN IP were to not be on, Your normal IP would be in it's place
(Ex. if you were on Xbox running a VPN from your computer, If that VPN goes down, etc. your normal Ip would be there)

What you're looking for is nVpn. Check it out.
Private Internet Access is also good but they only have shared ip's.
