Vouches.. and Reps?

What's up with vouches and reps? ive gotten rep from people that i sell stuff to.. but now on my name is shows vouches, is there a way to convert my rep to vouches?? or how does this work? I have 13 rep.. and 0 vouch on my name but i do i have a vouch thread with 4 vouches..

reputation is basically for helping members (good or bad), while vouches is how many people trust you.

Vouches only work when you vist the Marketplace section.
