Vouch Threads?

Okay so in honesty, is a vouch thread really needed for members?
Anyone with have a brain can check rep and do some research before a deal. Plus, there have been scammers with vouch threads. I personally don't have one, and all deals that have been either conducted by me or through me have gone smoothly.

So I basically think they are pretty much useless.
What are your thoughts on them?

I agree. Vouch threads are pretty useless, though rep is nothing here. For god's sake, I got repped for "emma watson or gtfo" that has no correlation to whether I am a scammer or not. So, personally, keep reputation as something OTHER then vouches, and keep vouch threads for vouches.

They are somewhat useless, but it goes both ways sometimes.

No one even uses them. People vouch for other members on sales threads.

Yeah only way to know if the person is legitimate here is to see how they really are and their past sales. Some people leave rep that actually helps. Others only rep to do some rep4rep bullshit.

I agree homie, I have never seen these being useful, but people still have them.
