Doesn't matter really. Anyone banned and allowed back has less to lose. Therefore it's highly recommended not to deal with them.

I can still post on threads with Bids correct? Regardless of what a userbar states I can deal legitimately. I just bought a usergroup I'm not going to waste my time and effort working on a pardon to just scam out for chump change. I guess i can understand the whole selling threads thing, but I should be able to still middleman if people trust me, which they do.
