Verizon phone

I'm in need of a good Verizon phone that doesn't require a data plan and preferably is all touch screen. I had the Kin1 and Kin2 but they both sucked and I plan on getting the LG Dare because that's the only phone that I found that has a touchscreen keyboard. Also, It sucks that I can't have a data plan because I can get a nice android for like 60 dollars -_-
