Depends if the original owner decides to pull it back. In which case; yes, they will be locked for the duration it takes for Twitter to return the account, however, the original owner of this account has not pulled it back over a period of 5 or so days, hence why I now think it is safe to list on FK.

The E-mail; yes. The handle; no.
 
This is someone's name. And 5 days isn't very long. GLWS but that's a steep price for someone's name and a chance of losing it

Compared to all the others I have had, 5 days of security is decent. 

The others I have had and friends have had have been locked within 24 hours, so I think having this for 5 days, is good.

I was taking a 'shot in the dark' with the price I literally had no idea,
Since I haven't listed one of these Verified Handles before. What should I lower it to then?
 
Vouch for Ben, he does own this. May or may not get pulled back but it's a steal for the price he has it up for.

Yeah, they usually do, this is the longest I've owned one of these handles. I'm curious as to when/if it'll get taken back to be honest.

I've talked to Rick directly, he doesn't care at all. He doesn't even want it back, and hasn't tried to pull it back either. It may or may not get pulled back but it doesn't seem like he cares at all.

well whoever bought it will get bored of it quickly since the @ is rick perlstein or whatever, i wouldn't want my @ to be like that even if it was verified
