V1 Reset?

Know I've heard a date when V1's were going to be reset. The person who told me said that they heard it in a podcast by Major Nelson, but I have no idea if it's true, so I was wondering if anyone else heard anything about this.

People will never know the exact date unless your an employee. Major Nelson said if there was going to be a reset it wouldn't happen till after the next gen console was released. That isn't very specific so it could happen anytime or never.

Someone at MS said the XB1 is supposed to be a 10 year console. By then most people here probably won't care about GTs.

I think it's all random man. They reset a tag at a time. Well that's what they hve been doing. Not really a lot of big resets

They will never have an all out reset, it would cause an uproar they are trying to prevent.

Tags are reset individually after they meet a certain criteria. It's all random and they will never publicly announce it.

This pretty much hit it. I guarantee he wouldnt be stupid enough to release any info on that of it were true. I also highly doubt every v1 would be reset at once, that would be stupid. I must say, it'd be funny though.

It doesn't make sense to reset V1's Xbox is trying to prevent the sales of Gamertags not encourage it.This would defeat the purpose of why they ban tags that are for sale etc. The last reset they realized how much they fucked up that's what I think. But once again its hear say no one really knows not even me etc.
