There are V1 tags that are completely random such as AXXxSDj1002 and there is OG V1's, you can judge that they are V1's by looking at the reputation and gamerpicture on the account, it can be a white xbox gamer picture, but that doesn't always mean it is a V1. If the gamer tag has 0 stars, instead of 3-5, it is a V1. There are certain points in time where a mass amount of V1's are reset, like last year etc. Hope this helped.
