I still see the same skin? before you release a website to the public, you should have the website fully finished. not half done with a skin with mass errors.

Want my advise? shut down the website get a new skin, new forums, new apps & mods then open the site.

How much are you really getting out of it?
Either way, the sites activity is low, and well there's some open forums with barely any to none posts. My advice, start to post more ALL over the site.

Maybe instead of buying a sticky you should buy you own goddamn theme instead of ripping someone else's.

Changing the trow doesn't make it your own theme. There are still elements blatantly ripped from WWE forums.

For starters, you completely ripped his top menu bar. The bloody images are exactly the same.

I know, I'm trying to get him to completely remove all elements stolen from WWE forums as he doesn't have the permission to use them.

Even if the navbar is the only thing, it's still illegal. If you remove it I'll leave you alone.
 
Have the illegal content removed and this will be back open.
