Using public transport?

How often do you use public transport, do you use buses, trams at all?
I use them only if I have to drive to somewhere far away and that alone, not with family. I don't use no public transport in town at all.

Since the oil price is too high, my daughter and I commute together using the local transport called "Jeepney" and then transfer to LRT or lightrail transport. By doing so, we can save from the high fare and oil price. My husband uses the van for delivery of goods.

yes, i use public transport because i don't know how to drive. i hope soon i will be able to start studying driving because there are instances that i really need to use our car i.e. taking my old-age father for check-up to his doctor in the hospital.

I always use public transport wherever I go. It's cheaper than using your own vehicle because oil in here is too expensive. It's not that comfortable but it will help in our environment too. Avoiding to use your own vehicle helps a lot with our air. Anyway, try to use public transport to save more. ^^

I dont use them much anymore. However, when I was a student I used the bus system that we have here. That way I didnt have to try to find a parking spot before I attended class and I didnt have to pay to park.

With the rise in the cost of car maintenance, it is wiser nowadays to commute. That way we save on gas and money. But in terms of convenience, I prefer using my own car. Perhaps we need to commute on days that we can do so and use a personal car only when the need calls for it. Life is not easy these days, let's decide on how to live daily wisely and economically.

using public transport is very beneficial, you can save your fuel cost at first and you dont have to worried about car breakdown , you can contribute to less traffic jam .For working purpose , public transport is very usefull.

I have the chance to live in a city (Vienna) well deserved in public transport: trams, trains, subways, bus... I use all the transports and i save much money that when i use my car. In fact, i use my car only to go to the countryside otherwise it's useless.

I very often use public transport and if the place i visit is faraway then i generally prefer public transport.

I travel by public transport as often as I can because it is really convenient where I live. Also, the intra-city metro train service will be launched soon and I plan on using that extensively as well.

same here.i'm using public transportation but in some stances there still advantage and disadvantage in public transportation.

I hardly ever use public transportation... The last time I used it I was on a vacation when we didn't have our own car so we either had to walk or use one... So rarely but sometimes.

I hate to use it but sometimes it's the only option. I use every day to come home from school (when i was not in the summer), and sometimes I would use it to go to school to.

I use public transport most of the time since I dont drive. Well we do have 3 cars but I dont just feel like driving right now. In our country we have what we call "jeepney" as a form of public transport. They originally came from US military troops way back in World War II and since then it has become a symbol of Filipino culture. Over course jeepneys of the new century has evolved so much that it didnt look like the old jeepney anymore. About 15-20 people can sit all at once facing each other and the fare is given to the driver himself or the "konduktor", his sidekick.
