Sorry, but i don't think they offer the best. I had a price check from usfine for an account with 21m cash on it, + 95 mage, 60 attack, 1 defence, 76 str, and 78 dungeoneering and they offered me $18... Thats pretty bad imo :/
 
Forums are the best for these, authorized selling sites are in it strictly for money where as a member of a forum site knows what it's like to be overcharged. USFine's deals can be pretty cool though.
 
Playerauctions is where it's at. Overcharge kids with their parents credit cards.
