Username Resets.

I'm wondering if you guys have ever reset usernames?
I think the staff should consider doing a monthly reset, I was looking at some names like OFWGKTA and it has been inactive since 11/2011. I'm sure alot of people would like a better choice of usernames. It's just a suggestion.
 
I remember that Philly made a a thread awhile ago saying that you could pay $5 to have a username reset if it was inactive for atleast 6 months and if it had never upgraded.
 
If it's an inactive username, you can buy it off of Philly for $5. PM him.
I believe the requirements are that is has to have less than 200 posts, no upgrades, and inactive for 4 or 6 months. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Yeah you can buy one if its not being used that's how I got jedi for 5 bucks
