The Legend would look nice with different types of colors. IRC would be a nice addition but it would require moderation. I'm sure that Philly can think of something.
I don't think moderation would be necessary because you can easily be banned Via hostmask or nick or just kicked but you can also set the channel to +m mode which will only allow voice (+) and up to be able to talk but honestly that should not be needed

I think you should make a group that is the color of Quad/4. If a number 4 could talk, what color do you think it would like most? Red? Green? Faded blue?
