I just had a few questions.
1. Is the offer of being able to send $5 PayPal to accuire any username that banned under the circumstances still avalible
2. If so can you get a username that is under 3 characters. Because you need to have atleast 3 characters to change your username but there is also some banned ones and others with only one or two characters like @z .

2. Im not sure I was wondering the same thing myself something you should ask Philly while PMing him about the username change
 
I'm special lol, but I don't think philly will let you have a username under 3 characters.
 
1. I think so, not if the banned account was involved in scamming.

2. Nah, you're unable to get usernames under 3 chars now.
