Nothing really to explain it's very simple to hook up all you need is 2 HDMI cords one from the TV into the Roxio and on the other side of the Roxio is another HDMI plug in then you hook your Xbox up to that. It works for PS3/Xbox 360. And not really I have an i3 with a 300gb hard drive with 3.40ghz processor and it runs it pretty good.
