I can't put my new debit or credit cards on a new PayPal for the time-being due to my card information being stolen about a month ago. So, don't suggest this idea.
Therefore, IF my roommate isn't home in about an hour, would anyone be willing to loan me $200.00 PayPal until tomorrow? I will pay back 10% ($220.00).
To whomever can: Tomorrow I will REFUND the initial $200.00 loan and then send a separate $20.00 payment.
