I've been extremely inactive. I sprained my ankle last Wednesday, and today I went to get an x-ray and it turns out it's broken. It's no ordinary break, I don't feel a thing. And when it breaks, it's meant to be on the left side, but my break is on the right. They said it is extremely dangerous and I have absolutely no clue what they're talking about and I'm shit scared. Anyone know what it means and what I need to do?! Don't tell me ice, since I've tried it a million times. I got put on crutches today.
I'm not a doctor so I can't help, but I know what you're going through man. I tore all 4 ligaments in my knee in a car accident in August (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL), been through 5 surgeries so far with the most recent being this past Friday. Also in college full time.. it's alot to handle. The doctor's aren't idiots, they'll figure out what's wrong and you'll be good as new in no time. Stay positive.

Trust me bro if I'm back on my feet after 4 torn ligaments, a torn artery, 5 surgeries and a month in the hospital, So will you. Don't get too worked up, You'll probably have to go to physio for a while but they are great and will help you.
