Upgrading question.

I have a deal with @Sanctuary , I'm gonna give him an IG for him to upgrade me to power, neither of us are really sure on how he'd upgrade me.
Could someone give a rundown on how to upgrade another user?

He can't purchase Power for you with Koins, so he'd need to send the funds to Philly.

He'd PM Philly saying he would like to upgrade you (you must have donator) Philly will reply with Paypal email. He will send payment with your name/UID in the notes. You will be upgraded.
