The next person that upgrades to the 30 dollar package can also give it out to one other user. Or if you are already upgraded, however don't have the upgrader award now is a chance to get it the cheapest its ever been. If you hand out all the upgrades that is 6 upgrades, which the award only requires 5. If you are not interested in teh buy 1 get one deal than you can just upgrade to whatever you would like and still get a nice discount. :p Enjoy.
