CTF shouldn't be experiencing any more attacks. I was able to negotiate with the attacker today as he was threatening with a shell booter. He should be gone now. DO NOT ADVERTISE CTF ON ANY OTHER FORUM!

He did use his booter for about TWO minutes, but he was hiding under proxies so I can't get him back or anything else.

Moral: Please leave other forums alone.
