Introduction

Many of you may have seen the

Spoiler: Budgies

emoticon floating around Windows Messenger. If you have, you have probably seen how addicting it can be. I share a love for budgies, and I am here to bring you the Unofficial Budgies Group. You may be asking, what in the world is a "budgie". For that answer, I quote Wikipedia.

The Budgerigar ( /ˈbʌdʒərɨɡɑr/), also known as Common Pet Parakeet or Shell Parakeet (Melopsittacus undulatus), informally nicknamed the budgie, is a small, long-tailed, seed-eating parrot, and the only species in the Australian genus Melopsittacus. Wild budgerigars are found throughout the drier parts of Australia, where the species has survived harsh inland conditions for the last five million years.

Some Notable Requirements and Guidelines

• You must have the budgie emoticon on Windows Messenger. If you don't have Windows Messenger, we will work something out
• You must have extreme pride for budgies and all animals in general
• You must present your pride for budgies in a respectable, high quality way
• You must be able to draw a budgie in any graphic editing program
• You must respect other members
• All RuneGear rules apply
