Christmas Eve was the night to be happy, but unfortunately it wasn't for me.

We were out of home as usual on Christmas Eve, doing a quick sweep of Christmas shopping getting money out of the bank etcetera, went back to my Aunty's house with my Sister as we were dog sitting whilst they were away till Christmas, anyway, my father calls asking for where I put our laptops and everything else, I told him exactly where I put everything. 10 minutes later we get a call saying that 2 laptops, 2 cameras, my cellphone and some more items were stolen from our house, so I haven't been able to be on RuneGear no'r anything else, we've just gone out to purchase a laptop do surf the web and just do some banking things. So I won't be on for long as we have a time limit due to too many people in the house, just wanted to tell you guys why I wasn't on and about my unfortunate event.

They have not caught the thieves only have finger prints.

Nope, we won't their finger prints aren't in the Police system, so hopefully we get it all back through insurance.

Good luck with either finding them, or recieving in insurance.

That's very sad.
But Christmas is not only the gifts...
I, for myself, didn't get anything (literally). And I'm ok.
You can be mad at that.
Shit happends, haven't happened to me, but happens.

That really stinks man... But that shouldn't ruin your Christmas though. It's what family brings the holiday together not the gifts. :) I wish people in this world were more mature and nicer to other people. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this. When something like this happened or another obstacles similar to this happens just look at a map of the world and just think that someone in the world may have it worse than you do. That always picks myself up in those situations. Anyways I hope you had a great Christmas and I wish you a happy new year. :)

How did they get in?
Wondering the same thing.

Also, sorry to hear about that. Good luck getting it all back man, that really stinks. :(

In our washing room we have a window with this weird lock, and to get in form the outside you will need a thin strong rod to lift the lock up and someone to pull the window outwards and thats where the police finger printed and got their prints.

Its not that everythings gone im mad about, its just that it's a high chance it was someone i knew, because you can't see the window from the street and they knew where everything was practically.

Also it makes me mad that they would do that a day before christmas, and whats stoping them from doing it again once we get our insurance. Mind you im bolting my new pc to the floor.

Throw a gps in it also. It may seems funny but I know you can do that somehow. I just dont know if you can do it with regular PC's but I know for a fact you can do it with a MAC.

That's depressing to read, no one should be going through this especially on Christmas, I wish you and your family luck through these hard times.
yeah, it was a great Christmas, didn't think much of the robbery.
we're just lucky that nothing of our cousins items were stolen as they were staying with us for christmas.

Wow thats sad as fuck!
