Basically, I was a complete noob with gamertags at this time. Someone messaged me saying he would trade 'Impulse' for my tag at the time 'Jungles'. He added me on skype and he basically did everything in his power to convince me to trade, and also to go first.
I got scammed and did not know what the hell happened, because of course I thought he was legit. Once I had realised what had happened I immediately got onto xbox and told them I was hacked, because trading is against terms of services. I got the account back within a few days but when I got it back, it was banned.
I posted in the xbox support forums using a different account, stating that my account was hacked and when I got it back it was banned - asking if this ban could be lifted. I completely forgot about this post I made up until right now when I check the emails of the account I used to post the forum.. This is the first email I got from MS:
Is this exploitable? I had a time window where I could have changed the tag. Microsoft must get so many requests for unbannings that I'm almost positive they let a few go every now and then. I would love to hear your opinions on this
thats what I did to get Q U A D unbanned, and its what I attempted to do to get holographic unbanned. They are getting ALOT more picky on unbanning accounts and sometimes they wont unban you even if you were 'hacked'.
