What is it with people who scammed coming back?
Are people bribing Philly with money to be unbanned.
Seeing a lot of people who 100% scammed being unbanned which I don't really think should be allowed.
But I'm not going to tell people how to run a forum.

I can't tell if this is serious or a joke. Regardless, welcome back Leader.
 
They come back with a dwc userbar, most of them paid people back. This forums needs a lot more active people and these people used to be active.
 
This has always been a thing, most of the kids who scammed out because the site "is dying" are making pardons now.

Bribery, seriously LMAO! It is called giving people a second chance, I also have really not unbanned many users whatsoever and those I have must wear DWC meaning they cannot participate in the marketplace, and also clearly appear to not be trusted. While the private message system is still functional for the group I may be taking that perk award for the members within DWC as an extra precaution however I feel right now that when a scammer is unbanned and must wear DWC there is no harm in giving someone a second chance. If you think about it offline, if someone steals they may get arrested but they never get a life sentence, so why should we here especially when basically eliminating the possibility of a scam?

Oh I forgot the most important part imo, if any scammer is pardoned back they have to pay back those that were scammed. This case for an example there was no scam report that I seen anyways for Rude's situation so when I unbanned @Nevermind I was under the impression things were made right or were intended to be upon being unbanned.

I have to agree with Philly on this, people do deserve a second chance.
Only way to get back is if they've paid back the people they've scammed and must have a scam report up.
